The three paintings which were chosen in the 19th century included; self-portraits Claude Monet is reading a Newspaper, Pierre-Auguste Renoir and another painting named Boulevard Montmartre Casmille Pissarro. On the other side the Post-Impressionists paintings chosen included; in the Oise Valley directed by Paul Cezanne a lion devouring its prey by Henri Rouseaus and the Yellow Books by Vincent Van Gogh (Jay, 2005).
