Under case 38, the teacher must be clear on how to handle cases which happen when students’ rights are wronged. Schools are influenced by the law and due to such a reason, these laws have been changed due to differently beliefs evident in schools. Additionally, there are many aspects of the school, which are affected by the law which includes teachers and the student relationships.
