There are very many reasons as to why parents find it hard to talk about condoms with their children. One of the many reasons that parents are unable to talk of condoms with their children is due to the fact that they feel uncomfortable especially if they are not sure how their children will take the speech. Again, parents do not perceive the talk about condoms and birth control to be much healthy as it seems that such communication is not based on trust and communication (Eisenberg et al. 894).
