Family courts portray a good picture of all the judges in terms of playing their three roles of being good adjudicators, negotiating accordingly and giving the best administrative services. The roles of the major players in the courtroom are that the judge makes certain that the law is followed in the trial as he did in this trial by ruling that testimony about Mark’s intoxication would be admissible and not prejudicial (Cole et al, 2014).
