This dissertation seeks to explain how the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 has played in ensuring that women are accorded justice from the aggressive men who attack them ruthless. Again, the dissertation ensures that the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 focuses on ensuring that, the women who are battered by their men do not take advantage of the law to take actions in their own hands.
