On a map, Kuwait appears as a tiny spec of land along the borders of Iraq and Saudi Arabia. The country only spans about seven thousand square miles and has a population of just fewer than three million people. However this tiny Arab nation is home to the world’s fifth largest oil reserves and is classified by the World Bank as a “high income economy.”
