Negligence is the situation where the institution, individual, or organization breaches the duty of care given to them, resulting in loss or injury to the person to which the duty is owed (Benjamin, 2000). It is usually considered as doing something that an ordinary person would not do considering the different circumstances in which the negligence took place and it calls for the reasonable actions.
