American Military/Public arena is a multipurpose facility, located in Charles Town, West Virginia. The facility can host approximately 65000 people; it is usually used for big events like college and even professional sports events ranging from football, basketball, and hockey. It is well structured to allow free movement while full, but still there situations whereby managing the crowds could prove challenging (Smith et al., 2017).
