As a one of the board of directors in a non-profit organization, I would not have any difficulties in approving the budget deficit. This is because mostly, the non-profit organizations do not necessarily bank on the profits that a given organization generates. The size of the deficit will impact my decision on whether to approve the budget deficit or not. I would most probably be comfortable with approving small amounts of budget deficits.
