Compare and Contrast Motion Involving Swimming in Water and Flying in Air

The Physics of Swimming involves the interaction of forces between the swimmer and the water (Bejan, & Marden, J2006). It is these forces which are involved that propel a swimmer through the water. For a swimmer to swim, he/she must push against the water through different techniques depending on the ability of the swimmer. Similarly, flying in air involves the interaction of forces between the object or person flying and the air.
