This report presents a health care workforce plan for a low and lower middle-income country. The choice of the country was guided by WHO regional and income classification of countries. The report commences with a brief introduction to inform the reader about the background of the paper and the rationale for the choice of the country. Next is the environmental scan of the country of choice to give the basis of the healthcare workforce analysis.
