It is perceived that some workplace issues in the next decade and they will be inclusive of globalization issues such as globalization. Globalization will be a challenge that will be faced by the Human Resource profession in the next coming decade. This will mean that the HR profession is supposed to fight hard in ensuring that globalization does not overtake the working of its industry.
