“In the last 30 years the earth’s surface has been exceedingly warmer”, a report filed by the Intergovernmental Panel For Climate Change (IPCC, 2014). The IPCC which is a body that oversees climate change further indicates that the rate of global warming has been rising compared to the previous years. Global refers to the increase in temperature in the layers within the atmosphere.
