Written Assignment One

A universally accepted definition for the concept of “terrorism” is difficult to define.  The acts of terrorism are always changing, making it a challenge when trying to encompass all of the perpetrator(s), motives, methods, and targets into one comprehensive term.  Trying to unravel and digest the massive amounts of information on a case-by-case basis and conclude with one all encompassing definition is a daunting task that has never been accomplished.
