This paper talks of how IT system helps a company to advance in business and later emerge to be more competitive. Radical changes that are brought to the cost of industries are well explained accordingly as well as the concept of software total cost of ownership. The review of cloud computing is also explained whereby all the positive and negative aspect of cloud computing is analysed (Gallaugher, 2012).
