According to my readings in Business analysis valuation financial statements are formal records of the financial activities of a business or any other entity. Financial reports are presented in a structured way which is easy to comprehend. The structures used for presentation include; balance sheets, income statements, statement s of changes in equality and cash flow statements (Healy & Palepu, 2012).
