In the book of ‘ All Animals is Equal’, Singer rejects rights as a moral concept independent from his utilitarian principle based on interest, but that is not right. He should allow the animals all the rights which are not the same as those of humans. Animal rights can never be the same as a human right, but they have to be there (Singer, 148). This paper identifies the main point of the author, explains his view in a more detailed manner and gives a critique of his arguments.
