Addiction and substance abuse occurs as a result of using drugs for a longer time, resulting in psychological and physical, effects. It means that a person could inject, eat or snort a drug in order to get high and become addicted to the same drug and its effects. On the other side, substance abuse can be defined as abuse of substance to the point where the abuser has no more control over his actions.
