The 21^st century has been marked with the transformation of terrorism from a national problem to a global menace affecting the whole world.  The 11^th September 2001 attack marked the dawn of new levels of terrorism globally. It is a day that many Americans termed as the worst in the nation’s history with regard to terrorism.
