The article focuses on explaining the relationship between race/ethnicity and the symptom severity of PTSD. Also, the article has a primary concern on examining the impacts of depression and generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) in relation to race and ethnicity. With a significant use of 170 trauma-exposed adults for the sampling process, the variance of depression and PTSDs is spread across the entire population.
