The most remarkable thing about Lipset’s view concerning the American political system is the absence of political parties such as the socialist party and the conservative party, which were found to be present in Europe. The absence of these parties in America has led to the country having a weaker welfare as compared to the current Europe. Again, the deficit that is experienced in the United States is the lowest in the developed world of today (Brian 16).
