There are different issues, events, and trends which work to shape education’s, in the case of the specialized Schools in the Southern Korea, there is a high level of analysis which is done to develop schools in the country. Due to the high growth evident in the private education sector, many forums have been raised to ensure that the specialized institutions are analyzed regarding the shift which they create and the vicious circle of the education divide (Engel, 2000).
