This report evaluates options that are linked to the financing of the new facilities in the university as well as all the strategies of investing in capital expenditure. How these projects are funded is well analyzed and calculations of relevant ratios also given as well. An explanation of the ratios is also provided accordingly and calculations done on a five-year basis.
