The Huainanzi, which can be translated to ‘The Master of Huainanzi’, was composed by a different range of authors from different schools of thought who worked under Liu An. The Huainanzi contains 21 chapters all which discuss the Way which is referred to as Dao (Fung, 2008). Dao is also written as Tao in some texts.
