Currently, there is an increased demand for the healthcare services globally. This tremendous increase in the demand can be directly attributed to the explosion in population world population which has exerted pressure on the limited health facilities and resources available (Smith and Forgione, 2007). Compounding the problem even further is the skyrocketing costs of obtaining the health services.
