The blood sample was used in this experiment. In the determination of the solubility of the His-GST-p9 Protein the analysis was done using the SDS-PAGE in 12% polyacrylamide gel. The lysis buffer was used to re-suspend the cell pellets and then disrupted by sonication at an interval 30 seconds between the pulses for 10 minutes.
