It was found at the position of N41-13 E152-24 at 14:47 on Nov 05th 2017 (Local Time) that the F/V Ching Hua 7 was undergoing some problems with her auto pilot system. If we right the helm, the ship will go left. We will have to switch her automatic pilot system to right full rudder if we want the ship to go straight. For this reason, our Navigation and Engineering officers on board the vessel have maintained constant contacts with the company’s staff in China and engineers from the shipyard in order to trouble shoot the problems.
