After a critical study of the Community center and the employees, the possible advocacy needs are as stated below. First is providing adult day care, second, is the provision of adult protective services, third, is the advanced care planning, and lastly ageism in the work place (Mandell & Schram 2012). When these issues are addressed, the older population within the community will have better life hence increased life expectancy.
