Following the severe storms, tornadoes, flooding, and landslides, the president declared disaster for the state of Kentucky in August 2016. To this effect, the state aid programs can be made available by the concerned agencies and the local government to help the affected persons. Therefore, all the affected persons are entitled to all kinds of assistance, protection, and compensation. However, this needs lots of financial and human resources depending on the magnitude of the disaster.
