Retail Action Project Video

The members in RAP video provide input from current workers in the retail industry. Also, the video draws the retail attention to the struggles of millions of underemployed low-wage workers in America. Likewise, the video also explores those who get disproportionately; affected widespread trends in the retail industry (Center for Urban Pedagogy, 2014). Therefore, this paper explains the employment practices in the retail industry and how both the employees and business owners feel about the practices.
