Sexual Violence

Sexual violence is defined as a sexual act committed against someone without the person giving consent. Sexual violence is divided into the following categories. Forced penetration of a victim even if there is no evidence of injury, forcing upon a disable person who is not able to consent, forcing act on a person who is under the influence of drugs/alcohol and unable to consent, using intimidation and fear so the person won’t fight back, and forcing sexual act onto a minor.
