The education policy makers are more concerned with promoting justice and equality within the education sector. The old patterns of education promoted segregation of the students in terms of gender, culture, language, race, and disability (Landorf & Nevin, 2007). Such environments reduce the effectiveness of the learning environment and hampered the transfer of knowledge among diverse populations.
