Defendant, Dr. Juana Villanueva (hereinafter referred to as “Villanueva”), has moved this Court for summary judgment in Plaintiff’s, Appleton Cardiology Associates (hereinafter referred to as “Appleton”), claim for breach of the parties’ employment contract. The parties agree that there is no dispute as to any material fact regarding the breach of contract claim.
