The Bhagavad-Gita or The Qur’an

The Bhagavad-Gita or The Quran is comprised of Jataka tales which are the voluminous body of literate which is native to India. According to DeRoche, the Jataka tales are more concerned with the previous births of the Gautama Buddha, which is evident in both human and animal form. However, the future Buddha claims that he Jataka tales tend to appear as the king, as well as an elephant, but he exhibits some virtues which are inculcated by the tales (DeRoche, 2001).
