It is good that the UN has tremendous potential of offering it supports to many parts of the world where there seem to be war. Under the support offered by the NGOs, the UN has the capability of carrying its operations in conflict zones as a better umbrella provided is very efficient. Also, the Gulf War contributed in ensuring that the UN facilitated a better coordination to take place at local level areas under an enhanced leadership.
