The Universal Health Coverage Statement by WHO aimed at ensuring that all patients received the best health care ever. The coverage also showed that for a community to achieve the universal coverage, there were some factors which had to be put in place. These factors included; strong and efficient service which are accessible and affordable. This paper discusses the universal coverage of the WHO in 2013 by giving two reports.
